I have had chicken on both the grill and the rotissere... I found when cooked on the grill you can keep a lot of the moisture and reduce more of the fat. I found the rotissere tends to be a more oily out come.... as the fats that come out they run over the chicken as it turns and quite a bit has to accumulate in order for it to drop off
I can give you a good recipe for keeping the fat low and taste/moisture high for the grill... for me its the only way I will go with it.
