Geez this sucked!!!!!!
I went to bench yesterday, I was tired but not exhausted. Anyways, for my third set at 315 it went through my chest, I mean I struggled with 1 rep. I mean I usually twelve rep this, and go on up in weight. Just two weeks ago I hit 405 on my 8th set for one rep. I attempted a second time but had the same outcome. I don't know what did it but I just gathered up my shit and left. Adding salt to the injury, this guy tells me as I'm walking out, "I've never seen you bench that bad."
