Hey Bud, no worries...putting up 405 is a sweet acomplishment!! You wont be able to hit it everyday. I know the feeling somedays you just dont feel 100%...yesterday was that day for me. I went out for my 3 mile jog and could not get through the first 1/2 mile...struggled big time. Tomorrow will better though, I am going to get enough sleep and drink enough water etc...
All that to say dont worry you will nail it again soon, be sure to be gearing up mentally for your next visit to the gym as well, that is a BIG part of it.
