Dieting means making something out of shit taste ok but telling yourself it's yummy. Oatmeal and cottage cheese pancakes. Gawd where did my taste buds go? It was that or my left leg for mid morning meal.
I have been keeping calories really lower then ever before seeing hows I have put on so much poundage this year. In past years I did a contest one after the other and it was easier with less fat piled on. I'm taking Yohimbine Bark Extract and little if any carbs most days and the scale ain't moving. I'm up and down on the contest..I will, I won't.
WTF? Maybe eating my left glute then my right one for lunch may be the answer after all.
