i started lifting @ 5'9 190 lbs @ 25% bf in january of last year
at the end of january this year (1 years time) i came in at 228 lbs @ 19% bf
but i've been in a layoff since the end of this past jan, so my current stats don't look as good considering i've been out for 2 months. I've been holding down 2 jobs that combine for about 75 hours a week, i start back to the gym next week though............im getting sick of my muscle n strength fading slowly but surely.
