I was at 148-152 lbs when I joined the gym in 2000. I went down to 120 in 5 months time with light cardio and diet. Light work outs on machines only.
Quads were 24 inches of fat dropped down to 20s.
Waist was 30 inches dropped down to 25 1/2.
Hips were 38 down to 35 inches.
Biceps were 10 when I was leaned down in 2001. Now are up to 12 1/2. add 1/4 if I just worked em.
I go up and down now on the scale, between 110 of ripped solid muscle up to 130 bulking up..off season. I have added over 8 lbs of muscle over the years.
I'm dieting down again and at 122 lbs this morning, started 3 weeks ago at 130. Wt loss now will be very slow over the next 2 months..about 1 lb a week..maybe some weeks none and others maybe 2. I want to compete this time around 110-115 lbs. Masters only this time..not doing light wt unless I look real hard like my first season.
