Thanks everyone...I try to be creative in my cooking but some days I could eat cat food and purrr at it's taste. And a big warning!..don't get in my fricken way after I do cardio on a near empty tummy. I did a 45 min High Low Cardio Class this morning. I kept the upper arm movements lower and less snapping of the joints. I could have ate my calf and WBBS cows too after it. But funny thing. Once I added up todays calories i could have some cottage cheese tonight.. I ate less even tho i started out starving. I was satisfied.
Arm work out was a bit lower wts..I had a hard time curling 30s and did ok with 25s. I know I can't burn the candle at both ends..cardio in the 9 am and heavy work outs at 8 pm. My clothes still fit the same..but my abs look much better and waist line is down an inch.
True..about how many can lift but none can diet. :watever I hear it all the time. "I could do that if I could diet..thats the hardest thing to this sport." Why some get on stage at 6-8 % bf and others never give it a weeks try of eating clean.
"I can --I will-- I have my plan" is what I whisper in my head now during work outs. I plan on winning my last show! :lol
