Thanks for the suggestion Drinu but I've done pretty much all my time in the bodybuilding game and since Im always looking for new things, this looks like it.
Also, this is something alot of people get confused, if your using gear while dieting you actually dont need to consume that much solid food......gear spares muscle and makes EVERYTHING you ingest effective, your body processes food much more effeciently. When a person is off the gear the body doesnt digest or absorb foods at 100%.........thats why most people lose there gains after coming off a good cycle even if there consuming the same amount of calories as when they were "ON".
