Wow.just tried Killaz Mass Workout..
browing through MM greatest articles and ran across STK"s MASS workout... my strength has plateued...so i took last week off as a break and just finished the monday workout..
WOW I HURT!! DON'T KNOCK THAT WORKOUT TILL YOU TRY IT. and ya my tri's although not directly trained were fully pumped...and hurting by the end of incline presses.... never done triple drop sets before but the pumps were insane... my chest and arms were cramping up after sets... i'm not bulking, but wanted a workout simple and to boost my strength way up..so giving this a go!! looks promising!
