Workout frequency
I've heard many different views on workout frequency and recovery periods, via this forum, and I was interested to know your individual training days and your respecitve rest days. I'm on a 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off workout schedule.
I would be interested to know if any of you only work one bodybart per week, and if this has been an effective muscle/strength builder in your exercise program; or if you do a two day split, etc. Also, how often do you change your workout frequency as well as the workout exercises. Props
