Good suggestion Duck. I'm currently doing the 5x5 heavy weight/intensity rep/workout suggested by Bronc, and perhaps this intensity is what's taking me longer to recuperate from. I think after 8 weeks, I'm going to switch it up. To what, I have no clue, however, this workout progam is kicking my ass. When I was on the gear a few weeks back, my recuperative abilities was amazing, however, since I've been off, just taking me a little longer to get back to a 'fresh' feeling. Would love to hear what the older bros workout regimen is like and how fast they recuperate on and off the gear.
