I do what my body lets me. I wish I could have a set schedule every week - but it just isn't realistic. Some weeks I hit hard for 6 days. Some weeks I hit the gym 3 times.
- it all depends on if I slept enough, ate right, etc.
one thing for sure, I don't overwork my body. I just listen to what it tells me my limits are.
I'm 29 but feel like an old man.
