...that 5x5 should be done M/W/F or similar with at least a full day off between workouts I put the Back and Leg days the farthest apart to maximize recovery time and Minimize overlapping of muscle groups(i.e. Squats & Deads as far apart as possible).
I'm 33 in a few weeks and off cycle currently, if you need a little more time to recoop, I'd say throw 2 days between session(especially when you lbs get high towards the end of the program)
