German strength straining 10x10 any body ever heard of it??
My buddy in highschool was tellin me about this german strength workout he was doin 10x10 on all lifts, the guys bench went from 220 to 280 in a little over a month. lots of freinds have tried it since and all had great gains. i havent had a chance because i usually have to lift by myself and this lift requires a spotter. anyway, does anyone know anything about this workout??
