I have tried it before ... many years ago. Lots of volume and you will definitely be fatigued afterwards. I agree this should be done only on occasion for a limited amount of time to work through plateaus.
10 sets of squats are a ***** but will make doing squats no big deal if you are one of those that hates doing them. Same thing goes for the supersquats program. Lots of hard squats definitely will toughen the mind and make squatting feel like everyday routine.
