I have one last question, I promise!
On the drop sets... is that 3 working sets with drops or 1 working set with a drop?
Like this:
set 1 - warmup
set 2 - warmup
set 3 - 5-6 reps, drop 20, drop 20
set 4 - same as above
set 5 - same as above
or it is like this:
set 1 - warmup
set 2 - warmup
set 3 - one all out drop set, then its go home and eat time???
