Okay so today...
I gave this program it's first shot.. and with heavy enough weights gawd it's a killer. I say that because I had my doubts that working out with only an avg of 3 sets could still cause the same burn. I kept good form didn't skimp on the weights and got an extremely good workout.
way to go stk thanks alot I'm gonna try this out for about 12 weeks and see what comes of it. (I may move to that other power lifting routine after 12 weeks)

P.S. I still don't know what a 4 way hammer is... but I just substituted.
