I need some diet opions please!
Greeting everyone, this is a first time post. I am 29 years old...6"3' and 245. Bodyfat 23%...I know this sounds big, but I had recently fx my ankle and sat on my ass eating for two months. This weight is up from 225 and 15%. At the peak of my training is was lifting 1 bodypart per week, doing cardio 5 times a week (usually running 3 miles (23 minutes), stationary bike for 20 minutes and swimming 20 laps. During this time, I followed a 40-30-30 diet of approximatley 2000 calories, consisting of low glycemic carb...very clean eating. My weights in the gym stayed fairly consistent and I didn't lose much muscle. Does anyone have any suggestions for caloric intake? Should I increase it for that high level of activity or should I stay around the same? Thanx
