Are you planning to go back to that same training routine?
If so, then go back to what was working before. If it isn't broke, don't fix it. After a while it would be very feasible to change thing up. While you are getting back into it you might want to workout upper body one day, lower body another day just to get back into the swing of things and not shock your body too hard. Then maybe try going to 3 days a week, and when you're ready hit it like you were doing before. If the previous diet worked well for you, then try the diet again. Change routines up once every 4-6 weeks, and when the diet is no longer effective then look toward a new diet. If you are looking to lose fat a little quicker then the CKD diet might be good for you.
