Stick with what works for you. I would drop the swimming though. Studies have shown it to be a poor choice for fat loss. Ride the bike or use the elliptical trainer. Also how many meals a day are you doing? I would suggest 4-5 small meals to keep the insulin levels normal. Also good point with the low glycemics. Stay away from potatoes,rice and any sugar. Calories seem low though for a guy your size.
