Training Q's
I am interested in what people think about my routine and a possible change to it. I know this site is mainly body building so I will assume most everyone is similar to myself in training. I am working out 5 days a week. Mon-back, Tues-chest, Wed- shoulders, traps, thursday- legs, friday- arms. I also do cardio mon,wed, and fri, with abs on the same days. My cardio is about 30-35 minutes of moderate intensity. Would it be better for me to be lifting weights 3 days a week and just doing more intense cardio on the other days. I am not interested in losing size so I feel like If I am cutting out lifting for 2 days a week that's whats going to happen. Any thoughts or possible ideas for a new lifting schedule.
