I do 120-140 4 or more times per week. I mostly do them with a supinate hand postion, which has helped my biceps alot. I hadn't done them with a pronate grip for a long time because they hurt my shoulder and wrists. I have started doing them wide with a pronate grip to try and increase my overall max pull-ups, hopefully my shoulder has healed enough that it will not start to cause a problem.
