varies on the person..can do a 5 day on 2 off with 2 shots a day regardless, everyday 2 shots, everyday 1 shot, as long as your timing is set as far as when to eat and such then theres tons of ways..only 1 way i dont see a reason for a novice or even intermediate is to take pre-workout..very dangerous if using humalog
