The correct thing to do is:
up at 5:30 for 45 min of cardio work 8-5 come home eat go to the gym to lift get home shower etc etc caffeinate, get dressed, then AT THE CLUB around 11 or 12, home at 3, shower, asleep at 4, sleep until 2pm Saturday afternoon
