My Potassium should be getting here sometime this week. It's pretty interesting...I've been doing research on the internet, and all the sites that came up say that taking too much potassium can result in heart palpitations and muscle WEAKNESS.
I've PM'd SYL and he says that he used to suffer from palpitations BEFORE taking the 4,000g of Potassium a day, and now they're gone. Not to mention the fact that if a bodybuilder were suffering WEAKER muscles from taking that much potassium, I think he'd recognize it.
Something VERY interesting I found out while reading on the internet, is that they believe that a higher potassium diet can help fight chronic fatigue syndrome. This is so interesting to me, because no matter what, I've always had that fatigue. Even when I was in my physical prime, exercising, doing cardio, supplements, good sleep, the WORKS, I was still drained the whole day. So I'm hoping this increase in Potassium while get rid of that as well.
Can't wait to get started! Anyone else doing this like to share some results?
