Interesting. My husband says like you, machines are better for him when training around certain problems he's got whereas I find myself having more problems with the machines. I thought maybe it's because of my height that the ROM on machines screws me up, particularly with anything that uses my arms, I get all kinds of cracking/grinding in my shoulder on machines, rarely get that with weights. I'm almost 5'3", how tall are ya, Cutie?
