Ok this really sucked....but due to the torn ligament a few weeks ago....did not want to reinjure myself...so
standing calf raises

got a decent burn...then again my calves are not lacking by any means....so I'm not worried.......
Torso Rotation
30 lbs x 20 each side
50 lbs x 15 each side
70 lbs x 12 each side
Crunches
50 lbs x 120
Cardio 25 min worked up to a 8.0 incline...unfortunately my bad ankle/foot ended up totally going numb on me....which wasn't a good feeling...so had to cut it short....
