10-28-05

I need to adjust my days so I have more of a break between shoulders and arms....my shoulder was killing me today....I have bursitis and an impingment which will eventually need surgery in addition to calcium deposits.....I think I'm going to lay off the lateral raises when I train shoulders from now on as that appears to be what causes me the most discomfort....anyway here goes today's workout:

Tricep push downs

35 lbs x 20
45 lbs x 20
55 lbs x 20
65 lbs x 15
75 lbs x 12
85 lbs x 10
95 lbs x 8

Bar bell bicep curls

20 lbs x 20
30 lbs x 15
40 lbs x 10

Crunches 60 lbs x 75

20 min on the treadmill
