I wish you the best of luck chickadee. Maybe you and Lacy could discuss stuff like powerlifting. I think she is into strongchick type of stuff, but perhaps cross-over training could help during the off season. BTW, you had an avatar of a red head much earlier today that was from Michael Linsdner or whatever his name is. I just wanted to mention that because I have some first issues of his artwork as well as a few that are signed by him.
