Honestly, Var is the only AS that I would recommend for a female. The sides are low and it is pretty safe. My wife has ran it a few times, but honestly a very strict diet with cardio and weights are going to probably do you a lot more good then var ever will. Supergirl who along with BMF2 basically were the first two females on bodybuilding boards ran it a lot in the past. She always ran it at 5mg a day for the first two weeks and then 10mg a day for 6 to 8 weeks after that..................for a total of 8-10 weeks. Var really isnt good for males to run becasue the amount that it takes to see good results are very expensive, and can be achieved with small doses of test. As far as T3 goes, take my advice and done mess with it. Females can and do end up with some nasty rebound effects from it. Ive seen it tons of times...............I dont care what anyone says. My wife has a freakish disipline and can eat plain chicken and brocholli every day for the rest of her life. She ran T3 with a very strict diet and cardio mixed with higher weight lifting and had a pretty bad rebound. I can have her pm you at musclesci and talk about it if you want or help you with training when you get ready if you decide to.
