DO NOT inject the GH and slin around the same time.
You don't want to spike your insulin around the time you inject your GH.
I would suggest taking your GH first thing in the morning...but don't eat sugar for breakfeast...eat eggs and plain oatmeal or something along those lines.
Then take your slin post workout with 10g simple carbs PER 1iu slin. And 5g protein PER 1iu slin. Example...10iu slin postworkout with 100g carbs/50g protein...and creatine, glutamine if you want. Then 60-90 min later eat a meal with lean protein and complex carbs...some simple carbs might help as well....stay away from fats.
I like Humlalog b/c I train in the evenings and I want it to clear ASAP so I can go to bed.
What I just suggested is assuming you train in the afternoons or evenings. If you train in the morning, then don't take your GH in the AM...take it 2-3 hrs before bed.
