Standard response is to shock the body part ... hit it alone on a day, heavy weight/low reps, one exercise down the rack ...
Another is to look and see if you are overtraining. Many body parts are hit again and again when working adjuct areas. Then you hit it again by itself. The body part will not grow and may even get smaller.
If that is the case, drop the number of exercises to 2 and do just 2 sets of each. Make the last set failure.
