I'm only doing 1.25 iu p/d.
In the early AM after my workout and on the way to breakfast.
Reasons: I don't believe that timing matters for muscle development. The body absorbs the substance quickly and goes on about its business of repair and growth.
That said ... I do get some type of mental reaction ... like a bit "out of body". I don't want my workout negatively effected by the body reacting to the HGH or putting me in danger of injury. So is is after the wo.
I also don't want any sleep disturbance. So ... mornings for me.
This is more convenience and safety. If I was doing more, I'd space them AM amd PM.
