i have no idea how much would be considered lethal. too much of anything is never good. the Institute of Medicine of the National Academies of Science recommend 4-5g. people are said to get as much as 5-6g daily from foods alone, theres been variances on how much would be considered excessive ranging from 17-20g, now keep in mind these people were most likely sedentary individuals and did little exercise so there would be no great need for an increased intake. however, for those that do exercise and exercise intensely i could see great benefit for a greater than average intake. to give u exact range which would be deadly, i could only speculate.
