dont be so quick to jump on 45 sessions right away or even 4-5 sessions a week. train smart before you train hard

start with 30mintues 3 times a week if you havent been doing no cardiovascular work, if you have start with 30 mintues 4 times a week, then 5 times a week. you reach a plateau, then bump it to 35 and so on. progressively increase the length and frequency, when you hit a plateau.
