For preworkout energy, stimulant x. If you train in the evening and take Venom, forget about going to bed that night. I have major sleep/wake cycle issues from rotating shifts. I'm exhausted when I'm supposed to be awake and wired when I'm supposed to be ready for bed. I take Provigil for the exhaustion, but as with anything, it doesn't work well after an extended period of time. I rotate that with a venom cap or two, so neither loses their effectiveness.

I feel ya' - right now I sleep in 2 (3-4 hour) shifts during the day/night.
