I get plenty of rest. around 6-8 hours every day.. more toward 8
right now I weigh about 235 my waist is 36 inches so I am not skinny
I have decided that I need to up my calories, which means that unless I want to get fat(ter) I need to do some cardio too. I am picking up some cyto gainer tonight.

As w gains I only know they come SLOWLY. You see and monitor your body every day...... Instead chek it out say on monthly basis . Sometimes a few months may pass and I look at mirror after a workout and see something new coming. Little things . You ( as well as I ) have been in this bb game for guite a while ..... itīs those little details (upper chest , delts ..) that light my days . You must not be in a hurry or too impatient. Do your thing , ask for tips and see what suits for you . Remember how long Deep Thought calculated the answer for the big guestion? She didnīt rush either.....:argh
