OK - that's what I always thought - cause I always inject it directly into fat.
See, since I've lost a bunch of fat, I am left with a layer of paper-thin skin that can be pulled away from the layer of fat (no idea why it's seperated all of a sudden) - so when I read into the instructions for sub-Q, and it talks about pulling skin and injecting into pocket, - that can mean two things for me.
I have just been injecting directly into layer of fat.
