I think that I have thrown them out of my workout for good whether it be bulking of cutting.......I cut the weight to only 225 maybe 275 for 8-10 but my lower back is getting to wide......I think I will just stick with high reps and leave it at 225 from now on....Anyone else just stop doing them ecept on occasion
