..I attacked the deadlift for about 6mos while Bulking last/this year. Went from "never" to 485lb Double at 200lbs. Got some really good overall back thickness and it was a great way to re-start Trap growth. Only problem I now have very thick wide obliques. My abs are in I'm down to 188lbs 8-9%BF but midsection is too thick. My obliques almost look like love handles(not that bad but definitely noticable). I have been doing a lot of High rep low weight cable crunches and Good mornings in an attempt to "train down" my midsection. I know a powerful core is important, however I'm in to asthetics too. The big waste look sucks. I'm 5'8" with short legs 30"inseam, I was a 32(loose) prior to bulking w/Deads. Now I'm a 33(ripped).
