I'm NOT trying to get a smaller waist at all with the rep deads...MASS Mass mAsS...I just meant that I have been doing deads as a mass movement, but that extended rep set of stretching 10 reps to 20 will KILL you...Now that shit makes lbs. all over you...hahahahaha...If you truly use a 10 rep weight, and stretch it out to 20, you will be absolutely wasted...
Try it for a workout and see if you feel little and svelte....no shit...
