I finally hit legs again after about a 8 week layoff.I hit them Tuesday evening, this morning had that good ol' hurts to sit on the can feeling. I just used 275 to workout with, by the end of my last set as was feeling my knee just a little so I didn't up my weight anymore. Hopefully, the ol' knee won't bother me anymore and is recovered.
