if you want to drop fat....then take it in the morning...over 2iu'/day then break up your dose....taking it w/in 4-8 hours of waking up
if you want to build muscle then take it at night prior to bed....
I've split up my dose taking 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening..got great results......
last couple of times I've taken my dose in the morning
