do we really have to dump deads?
I expierienced the same problem with deads..a widening waistline. But i thought that deads have a tremendous mass building effect that you can't skip them like that. So i tried a variation...Smith machine deads...Cool...no more aching lower back. Now i can also focus more on contracting my abs and the upper back and traps in the upper part of the movement. No more inches on my waist also.It's great!
