I'm planning to start a cutting cycle in the next couple of weeks. Clen/T3/Winny ECA when not on Clen, and might try making tren for the first time. I also have some anadrol, but not sure if I should bother with it for this cycle.
I've been watching the diet and running in the AM for the past couple of weeks, but I need to shred fat fast for October.
I'm 6'2" around 275lbs with 17-19%BF mostly in the gut and love handles. I would like to get down to around 10% BF or less if possible by October, without losing all the muscle.
I suck at trying to figure out protein/carb/fat gram intake equations. So I ask for your help.
What should my diet look like? How about the cardio for an hour in the AM? Lastly, never really done a cutting workout, what movements/set/rep combos? Please be detailed.
