been on this for 3 weeks now i belive.. and WOW.
it's just what the doc ordered..
alot of the lifts i haven't performed in a couple years!! ya couple years! no incline benching, barbell rows, barbell shoulder presses, etc...
anwyay last night, heavy day.. started out incline benchin like 130 LOL (just not used to it) last night cranked up 315 for 6!
and same for barbell row, ALL good form, 6 second negatives!
have 2 more buddies doing this nad LOVING IT!!
