Well I had another appointment today. I had blood drawn last week. Apparently in a months time, with me actually paying attention to what I'm eating, doing cardio and taking in fiber, my LDL (bad cholesterol) went from 130 to 149. My HDL went from 42 to 30. How the shit does that work, I wonder. I am having a hard time believing it. He also said my kidneys look fine but now my liver is showing signs of damage. I'm pretty puzzled right now.
