Blood type diets?
Has anyone heard of this and has anyone tried it?
For example, for my blood type, I'm not suppose to drink milk. I used to be stuck at a fat loss plateau until I stopped my milk intake. Now, I'm shedding the small remaining amounts of fat deposits.
Now, this could be mental, but I didn't go out of my way to stop drinking milk...it just happened and before I knew it, it had been a month without milk (well, beyond the coffee intake).
I'm just curious if anyone has extensive knowledge in this area.
