Oatmeal!
1 c oatmeal
1 c cold low fat milk
3 packets of Splenda
i find that if i eat my oatmeal like cold cereal i dont get all full and bloated and im ready for my next meal sooner. when you cook it on the stove top or microwave it really swells up in size, takes longer to eat, and makes you feel full! i just started eating my oatmeal like this and i will never go back to cooking it. this is even better than blending it up with a shake cuz if your shake isnt thick enough, it all settles at the bottom. if you havent tried eating it this way, i highly recommend it!
