Season 2 pieces of chicken on each side with 1-2 packets of splenda, a pinch of salt, and some powdered ginger (I like to really cake on the ginger

.
Grill chicken long enough to sear both sides. Chop the chicken up and set aside.
In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of extra-virgin sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon butter (what the hell, I'm on a ckd), and some minced garlic. Once the garlic has began to release it's flavor into the oil add 1 cup of broccoli. Cover and cook on medium heat for a few minutes, add the chicken, and sprinkle with dried red peppers and sesame seeds, continue cooking until chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
When serving, drizzle some additional sesame oil on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Note, this makes one serving(at least for me

). Btw, this shit is good.
